CIRS Prosthetics & Orthotics

Do not use this company. They SUCK!

When my son broke his foot back in May we were sent to the local office to get him a walking boot.

When we arrived at the office we were instructed they do not bill, you pay at time of service.

I knew that our insurance had yet to process, the emergency room, xrays & Dr. visits and that our share of cost would be minimal but, I paid in cash, in full right then and there because my son needed that walking boot.

 This was May.

Fast forward to the beginning of July. I receive my E.O.B. I have it in black and white. I'm due a refund. Several phone calls later to both insurance and CIRS. Refund will be issued in 3 weeks.

I wait.

August 4th, still nothing. I call again.

It's being processed and will be mailed in August.

Don't know exact date but it will be August.

Today, still nothing. I call.

It's approved and processed but were not sure why it hasn't been mailed or when it will be.

What the &*#$!!!!

Do Not Use CIRS

They suck!

Today, I filed a grievance with Anthem. I should have done that first thing but I was trusting that CIRS would do what was right, my mistake. See where that got me? I'm a sucker.

Maybe by the end of the year I'll have my money.

I'm not holding my breath!
