We had a good one. Off to the mountains we went. Usually we go for Handsome's Birthday in December but decided to go a bit early this year and take #1 son with us. We asked #2 son but he was not interested. There is no Internet, no DVD player and there's only 1 TV.
The plan was for the "men" to enjoy the dirt bikes while I soaked up the fall sun, enjoying my book. We were a bit surprised to find it was so cold. In fact there was actually snow. Not a lot and nothing on the roads but everything was covered. We woke up Saturday morning to more snow and it snowed off and on all day. It was nice sitting in front of the wood stove and looking out watching the falling flakes.
