$4.99??!!!!

That is what I spent today on a TV Guide. It didn't even hit me until I was out of the store. I got a 6 pack of Diet Pepsi (on sale) and while at the check stand I grabbed a TV Guide. I rarely buy them. I also needed cash back so I was thinking about that and not paying attention to my total. When I got in the car it hit me. Why did it cost so much? I know the soda was on sale.... I grabbed my receipt. I was shocked to see the TV Guide cost $4.99! What the heck?! It is not even worth that much. I thought they were $2.99 at the most.... and that's a little pricey but $4.99. That is crazy. I didn't need it, I only wanted to read the story on Sesame Street. Well, I won't be making that mistake again. I will probably never purchase one again. Not at those prices. Good Grief!
