Things are very good. I got my first paycheck in the mail. It was a pleasant surprise. One usually gets bill so to find money was a nice change of pace. I have gotten into a nice routine with my job. I work 3 days a week and make my own hours. I like that fact very much. I also like knowing my days in advance so I can plan things out.
Christmas is almost here. Next week at this time all will be done and it will be time to start taking it all down. It has been a good holiday season. I have enjoyed it very much. The hubby and I decided not to exchange this year. Christmas is for the kids. Instead we are taking a couple of days after Christmas for ourselves to spend away from home. I'm very much looking forward to that. We aren't going anywhere fancy because that is not what we need. It will be all about being alone together.
